What Luca speaks about
Luca's talks are all about thinking clearly about the decisions that matter, and how to ensure that they are acted upon.
Decision-making under risk and uncertainty
Ergodicity, irreversible outcomes, and how to act when you can't afford to be wrong.
People and operations management
Building judgment and agency, handling poor performers, and turning firefighting managers into ones who develop their teams.
Culture and change that sticks
Turning values and new ways of working into everyday behaviors, not slogans on a wall.
AI adoption in organizations
Going from "we bought it" to "people actually use it," from someone who uses AI daily and builds his own tools.
Why people behave the way they do
Behavioral psychology, applied to the real decisions managers and teams face.
